2024 was pretty tough for me.. I brought my car in thinking a hybrid battery was an easy swap; boy was I wrong!! the quote to get the part up here was too much & I called it a loss. Five stars because they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic charge fee & I parked it there for a while until I could get it towed. Thanks for being understanding guys.

Service writers worked hard on my behalf to secure warranty parts from GM. The Power train warranty had just lapsed put service insisted and successfully replaced everything with full warranty service. Thank you it will help for Christmas

About $30 more than last dealership charged. Said it was price of oil going up? Great service , but wish the get your 4th one free would come back 😅

I’m a seasonal worker here in Juneau for the summer. Juneau Honda’s online scheduling made it easy to get my CRV in for routine maintenance. They even honored the warranty period that my car was under, and the service was quick and efficient. I also had a question about the lighting controls in my car and the gentleman who was completing my checkout walked out to my car and resolved the issue for me. Great service and a great experience at Juneau Honda.

I had to ship my truck up from Ketchikan for a safety recall. Luis was able to pick my truck up at AML, perform the required inspection and deliver it back for shipping to Ketchikan. I also had the 5 month Toyota Care performed at no cost to me. Thanks for being so easy to work with.

I had my 12th month service today on my RAV4 At Juneau Toyota Honda Chevrolet. It was easy to set up the appointment and the work was done promptly before I needed the car in the afternoon. The contacts from the dealer were great: text messages confirming the appointment,, progress report, and notification when the service was complete. Luis explained to me what they did and reported to me about the status of my vehicle as far as brakes, fluids, and other components. I'm very pleased.

I was looking for awhile, so several people were involved and all were great! Eric was my first and final sales rep and he was very helpful. I changed my mind on which vehicle I wanted and Eric and the manager, Cody were. Incredibly patient and understanding. I ended up trading the first car back in and taking a small financial hit, but am so pleased that they were able to help me get a vehicle that I truly love and will enjoy for years to come. I needed to be able to tow my jetskis and it does this well!
